Bro. Sylvester J. Harris, Jr.
Sylvester J. Harris, Jr. is a Real Estate Developer, General Contractor and Design/Builder from Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Harris is also a serial entrepreneur with many other established and successful businesses across many diverse platforms.
Mr. Harris attended Alcorn State University from Fall, 1988 – Fall, 1992 receiving a B.S. Degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management.
During the Fall of 1990 he had the opportunity to forge a lifelong bond with 13 other students to begin pledging and eventually on November 30th to cross the burning sands into the greatest fraternity of all Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. After becoming a member of the Gamma Pi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Mr. Harris held the following position as an undergraduate.

Mr. Harris has been very active upon graduation in the fraternity as a member of Atlanta Alumni and also a Life Member with Grand Chapter and Gamma Pi Alumni Association holding the position as Chairman of GPAA from (December, 2018 – November, 2022). Mr. Harris will always quote “Its not and undergraduate commitment it’s a lifetime commitment.
Mr. Sylvester J. Harris, Jr. founded S.J. Harris & Company, Inc. in May of 2000 to provide extraordinary construction, real estate development and design/build services to clients and partners.
Mr. Harris is responsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring construction projects. Mr. Harris has developed and launched several subsidiary companies such as Harris Capital Partners, LLC., Champions Golf Group, LLC. and Harris Venture Group, LLC. all specified businesses to grow and support the overall brand of the business.
Mr. Harris is married to Ashley N. Harris and has one son Sylvester J. Harris, III. Also, Mr. Harris has two beautiful, educated and successful daughters; Tiara M. Harris-Womack & Kayla M.P. Harris-Brown (previous marriage) that he is truly been blessed to have as a blended family.
